Our highly trained and dedicated customer support team is committed to providing the best possible technical support for the suite of data management products under HealthData Platform™, including our active archives HealthData Archiver™ and HealthData AR Manager™. Customers can request support for any issues or queries they may have through the following methods:

  • Online self-service: Our client support portal allows customers to submit support requests and communicate directly with our service team. The portal is easy to use and available 24/7.  Additionally, we provide a knowledge base that contains FAQs, tutorials, and tips on how to use our products effectively.
  • Email: We offer a direct email service that connects our customers with our customer support representatives 24/7. Our representatives are friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help.
  • Phone: Through our phone support, customers can speak directly with our customer support representatives. Our phone support service is available from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm ET.  We also provide an emergency line for after-office hour escalations.
  • Feedback and suggestions: We value our customers’ feedback and suggestions on how we can improve our products and services. Customers are encouraged to share their opinions and ideas with us via our online survey.
