Tom Liddell

Tom is a Managing Partner for Harmony Healthcare IT, serving as Chief Executive Officer. He has over 30 years of experience in healthcare information technology, and was President and Co-Founder of SMI, a healthcare technology firm located in Indiana. SMI was a part of an initial public offering that formed Medical Manager Corp (MMC) where Tom served as a Sr. Vice President. MMC was merged into WebMD where he held positions of Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development as well as Senior VP of Product Management. As Senior VP of Product Management, Tom was responsible for the development and launch of a new fully-integrated financial system and electronic health record. Since 2006, he has provided senior level consulting for a variety of healthcare technology companies, health information exchanges and a regional laboratory. In his career, Tom has been responsible for overall design of Cerner Millennium multi-hospital and laboratory health information exchange platforms. Additionally, he has designed methods of data extraction, integration and backup solutions to better support healthcare integration. Today, he participates in every facet of the Harmony Healthcare IT business, providing vision and operational guidance.

When he’s not in the office, Tom is usually meeting up with family and friends, tailgating at football games, or making music.

Brian Liddell

Brian is a Senior Partner with Harmony Healthcare IT, serving as Chief Financial Officer. He has over 15 years of information technology work experience since graduating from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business in 2001. Assisting with the formation of Harmony Healthcare IT, Brian has gained healthcare domain expertise in revenue cycle management, practice management systems, electronic health records, analytics tools, and data extraction/migration/retention. Brian is an integral part of the management team with core competencies in finance, budgeting, forecasting, expense control, risk mitigation, human resources, commercial property management and real estate. He manages partner relationships, review of legal agreements, contract negotiations, and financial modeling. Brian also contributes to business planning and strategy development.

If he’s not concentrating on a spreadsheet, Brian can typically be found in a stadium somewhere across the nation at a concert or major sporting event.

James E. Hammer, PMP

Jim is a Senior Partner and SVP at Harmony Healthcare IT and drives the short and long-term strategy of its products and services. He has over 25 years of experience in practice management and healthcare information technology. Jim began in healthcare as a Director of Business Operations at a large Integrated Delivery Network in Northern IL. That role led to deep interest in health information technology where he led national implementation efforts for Medical Manager Corp (MMC) and later served as Regional Director of Implementation. MMC was merged into WebMD where Jim held several national leadership positions. He was responsible for the deployment and release of seven clinical and financial/analytics product lines. Before coming on board full time at Harmony Healthcare IT, Jim consulted on turn-around projects for health IT firms and contributed significantly to efforts around health information exchange. Today, Jim is responsible for the overall design and development of Harmony Healthcare IT products and services

A family man and outdoorsmen, Jim is happiest when at home, lakeside, working in the garden or on the latest home or yard improvement project.

Shannon Larkin

Shannon is a Senior Partner with Harmony Healthcare IT, serving as the VP of Marketing and Business Development. She has 25 years of experience working in healthcare as a medical biller, practice management system and electronic health records (EHR) trainer, and health IT marketer. Previously, Shannon was Marketing Manager for PAC-COMP, a health IT firm which went through an initial public offering to become Medical Manager Corp (MMC). MMC was merged into WebMD where Shannon held the position of Director of Marketing. In this role, she was responsible for both strategic and tactical marketing of ten product lines ranging from clinical to practice management to revenue cycle management; as that company changed hands over time, Shannon was also responsible for re-branding. She has experience with marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, event management, mergers and acquisitions, product launch and digital marketing. Today, she contributes to Harmony Healthcare IT in the areas of business development, channel partner management, sales, and product marketing.

Constantly on the move, Shannon enjoys her time at the gym during the week and heading to the lake in Northern Michigan on weekends for skiing and boating.

David Skordahl

With over 27 years of healthcare experience, David is a results-oriented leader focused on helping clients solve complex business issues. He has extensive experience in the ambulatory healthcare market with a primary concentration on electronic health records (EHR), practice management, EDI, and Health Information Exchange (HIE) space. David previously held positions with Vitera Healthcare (formerly Sage Healthcare, WebMD, and Medical Manager) with an emphasis on Ambulatory Clinical and Business Solutions; and ABILITY Network, Inc. working with health systems to automate challenges on the frontend of the revenue cycle. Just prior to coming to Harmony Healthcare IT, he was Sr. Manager with Allscripts managing eight Allscripts Outcomes Executives within the Allscripts Touchworks vertical.

During his free moments, David can be found in Minnesota enjoying time with his wife and kids, teeing off on the course, or exercising.

Laurie Seall

Laurie has over 12 years of health information technology experience, working in leadership, solutions planning, legacy data archives, and data migrations at Harmony Healthcare IT. She has had exposure to over 100 clinical, financial, administrative and document management systems in both the ambulatory and acute care settings and has deep knowledge of numerous databases and flat file structures. Laurie specializes in technical management, with hands-on experience in the following areas: relational database analysis and programming, ETL services, data integration and medical data interoperability formats. Throughout her career, Laurie has served in the roles of Business Analyst, Customer Support Representative, Data Analyst Team Lead, Manager of ETL and Data Services, and Associate Vice President. She currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations, managing several teams of Systems Analysts and Data Integration Specialists.

Always up for an adventure, when not at the office Laurie enjoys traveling to warm weather destinations, playing tennis, and spoiling her rescue dogs.

Dan Kompare

Dan has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology since graduating from Purdue University with a specialty in data integration and work in bioinformatics and EHR system design. Throughout the years, he’s had a hand in system administration, networking, security, data analytics, database administration, software development, and senior leadership over critical infrastructure. Today, Dan leads the Harmony Healthcare IT Infrastructure and Support teams, focusing on the customer experience and providing technical solutions to improve the patient care experience.

In his spare time, Dan can be found attending his children’s sporting events, or tinkering on projects that range from construction to anything that is loud and runs on gasoline.

Dr. Mark Kricheff, MD, MPH, FAAEM

Dr. Kricheff has been practicing emergency medicine full-time since 1994 and clinical informatics part-time since 1998.  Dr. Kricheff received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Film and Television from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts with a minor in computer science. He then completed a post-bachelor’s pre-med program at Hunter College-City University of New York. His M.D. degree was received from SUNY Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, New York. He completed his residency in emergency medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia in 1997 and became Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM) and a Fellow of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine in 1999. After residency, he practiced in the Hollywood-Ft. Lauderdale, Florida area before moving to Indiana in 2003.  He received his MPH degree in Public Health Informatics from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2007, at which time he joined the clinical advisory team at the Michiana Health Information Network (MHIN). He was one of two Medical Directors of Clinical Informatics at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center (South Bend-Mishawaka, IN) during the enterprise-wide implementation of CPOE from 2007 to 2009. Dr. Kricheff was the medical director for MHIN from 2011 until 2021.  In 2015 he became the first local physician to achieve Board Certification in Clinical Informatics (ABPM). He was a member of the St. Joseph County Board of Health from 2013-2017. Dr. Kricheff served as emergency department champion and physician superuser for the Trinity Health system’s transition from Cerner to Epic EHR in 2021. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Emergency Medicine at Indiana University School of Medicine at the South Bend Campus. He currently serves as vice-president of the medical staff for St. Joseph Health System in Mishawaka, Indiana.

David Navarro

David has over 22 years of health information technology (HIT) experience in Integration and Health Information Exchange. He provides vision and leadership for the design, development, and execution of HIT initiatives. David previously held technical leadership positions at both Indiana Health Information Network and Michiana Health Information network, serving as a Solution Architecture Director and Chief Architect. He has also served as an Integration Support Engineer and Senior Systems Analyst at Cerner Corporation. In his professional career, David has focused on data quality, data insights, and interoperability. He has implemented hundreds of interfaces between clinical and financial systems utilizing a variety of integration platforms, custom ETL processes, and nationally accepted standards.  He has driven interoperability initiatives throughout his career and continues to focus on the curation and accessibility of data in the healthcare ecosystem.

Any downtime for David is spent corralling his two rescue dogs (Buddy and Lucky), catching up on podcasts, and taking trips to sunny Texas and Mexico.

Amanda Mais

Amanda serves as the Director of Data Integration at Harmony Healthcare IT. She started her journey with the company as a data analyst in 2015 and with motivation, creativity and strong leadership skills, quickly grew into management roles, continuing to move up in the company. Amanda has enjoyed solving new and challenging databases and working closely with clients to migrate their data from legacy systems into their go-forward solution. She possesses a masters degree from Northern Illinois University, a bachelors degree from Indiana University as well as a strong research background and knowledge of SQL.

After hours, Amanda enjoys cooking and baking, drawing, playing violin and spending time with her family and her dog, Lulu.

Jon Grenier, MPA

Jon has over 14 years of experience working in healthcare with a focus on improving the patient and end-user experience while building high quality, scalable solutions to solve market problems. Beginning his career at Press Ganey, Jon strategically partnered with the nation’s largest health systems to develop, implement, and track targeted patient experience improvement plans. He delivered ongoing virtual and onsite advisory support to all levels of the client’s organization to improve the delivery of patient care, and was also instrumental in the design,
development and implementation of a new, consolidated digital platform working cross-functionally with stakeholders and clients to launch a best-in-class solution to the market. Today, he is responsible for the overall strategy, design and delivery of Harmony Healthcare IT products and solutions leading to quality implementation.

Outside of the office, he can be found working on his wife’s “honey-do-list”, or at Lambeau Field as a dedicated fan of the Green Bay Packers.

With nearly 30 years of experience creating and deploying IT offerings in the healthcare space, Tim brings a strong knowledge base to help facilitate operational efficiency and growth. Tim has worked successfully in a variety of verticals including EHR, ePrescribing, provider network development, medication adherence, population health and behavioral health. Most recently, he has concentrated his efforts on Legacy Data Management in his work with Harmony Healthcare IT. His past associations include Medical Manager Corporation, Sage Healthcare Division, Prematics Corporation, and NaviNet.

In his off hours, Tim’s focus turns to his community and volunteering with a local chapter of Vincent DePaul, of which he’s been a part of for over 20 years.

Michelle Helten

Michelle serves as Director of Implementation, overseeing the Implementation and Training teams. With over 30 years of experience, Michelle has held a variety of roles in healthcare, information technology and healthcare IT, including 12 years as Operations Manager for an information technology consulting and service firm specializing in data center services. Just before joining Harmony Healthcare IT, Michelle worked for a CPA firm where she managed customer relationships and assisted with Oracle + NetSuite ERP implementations, training and support.

When she isn’t working, Michelle spends time by the water, hikes, cycles, and cheers for the Kansas City Chiefs. Her happy place is with her family and friends.

Darryl Mais

Darryl has worked in the healthcare automation and data space for over 30 years. During that time, he has done everything from programming to being an instructional design lead. He has a real interest and passion for data; he truly believes it is the most valuable asset to an organization. In that time, he’s worked for both small and large organizations (ranging from a dozen to multiple hundreds of personnel). Some of the companies he has worked for include Medical Manager Corporation, Emdeon, and Sage Software. Currently at Harmony Healthcare IT, Darryl is the Director of the Solutions Engineering team. His daily activities include infrastructure, data, and platform design to support both our Sales Team and our clients. He takes a lot of pride in making sure we have the right solution for the opportunities presented to us and that our clients feel like they’re well-informed about the details of our offerings.

When Darryl is not at work, you can find him reading about evolving technology and data, World War II, or crime fiction (set in the 30s, 40s, and 50s) while listening to records. He also enjoys spending time walking outside with his wife and dog or playing video games with his son, though he’s rarely able to beat him at anything.

Since graduating from Indiana University, Amy has gained over 15 years of diverse marketing experience. With early roles ranging from product management to communications and customer education, she quickly progressed to building and leading a marketing team which covered multiple product lines in the dental industry. Amy has guided marketing strategy, communications, demand generation, branding and product management. At Harmony Healthcare IT, she is responsible for all aspects of marketing, helping connect the healthcare market with our legacy
data management solutions.

Beyond managing the company’s communications, Amy enjoys spending time with her family and honing her interior design skills around the house.

Josette serves as the Director of Human Resources at Harmony Healthcare IT. With 14 years of HR experience, she brings a wide range of expertise to the team. Josette has worked for both large Fortune 500 companies with more than 1,000 employees as well as small, family-owned companies with less than 100 employees. She is a graduate of Trine University and possesses a Master’s degree in Leadership and Human Resource Management. She also holds an SHRM-CP certification. She strives to create a positive and productive culture where employees feel welcome, happy, and enjoy coming to work.

A creator at heart, Josette enjoys gardening, crafting, and cooking in addition to spending quality time with her family and friends.

In prior roles, Mike has been responsible for the third-party customer relationship management for some of the world’s most prominent CPG companies, such as Proctor & Gamble, Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, and more. Mike is a servant leader with a passion for providing world class customer service and satisfaction through continuous improvement. Here at Harmony Healthcare IT, he is responsible for all aspects of our client support process, providing ongoing support and solutions to our customers.

Outside of work hours, Mike is an avid Michigan State Spartans fan who enjoys spending time with his family, reading, cooking, and traveling to state and national parks.

Justin Scheretie

In his 10+ years of IT experience, Justin has worked in a variety of roles, such as computer networking, system administration and software development. Prior to joining Harmony Healthcare IT, he spent 7 years as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer for Symantec. His background as both an administrator and a user, gives him a unique perspective to the software development process.

When he isn’t working, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids. Some of his favorite activities are archery, camping, hiking and having cookouts.

Bridget serves Harmony Healthcare IT as Privacy Officer and corporate counsel. She has over 6 years of health information technology experience, working in solution planning, project and program management, and legal analysis. As a consultant at Cerner Corporation, Bridget simultaneously led solution implementation for numerous clients. Bridget transitioned implementation skills into project management for Harmony Healthcare IT clients. During law school, Bridget worked as a legal analyst, and upon graduation, moved into the Corporate Compliance role.

When not working, Bridget enjoys traveling, watching TV and hanging out with her husband, family and friends.

Zach Wiggins

Zach serves as the Controller at Harmony Healthcare IT.  A CPA in the state of Ohio, Zach’s career has taken him to various regions across the country and provided exposure to a diverse set of industries including grocery retail, manufacturing, healthcare and most recently healthcare information technology.  He holds a BBA in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and a master’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Mississippi.  Over his 17 years of professional experience, Zach has developed a broad range of skill sets including financial analysis, financial statement compilation, sales and use tax compliance, internal auditing, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, variance analysis and team management.

When not playing with pivot tables, Zach enjoys cooking, various DIY home projects, just about anything involving his 3 daughters and watching college football – GO IRISH and Hotty Toddy y’all!
