Sharon Cook is a goal-oriented leader whose strategic vision is matched by exceptional execution—transforming healthcare sales through relationship-building, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to client success. As Chief Revenue Officer of Harmony Healthcare IT, she brings over two decades of experience in healthcare technology sales, business development, and team leadership.
In her new role as CRO of Harmony Healthcare IT, Sharon is excited to help the company build on its success and leadership in the Healthcare IT space. In previous roles in sales, including SVP of Provider Sales at Inovalon and Area Vice President of Commercial Healthcare Market at Salesforce, she focused on growth, team building and development and customer relationships. At Harmony Healthcare IT, Sharon leads revenue generation initiatives and oversees strategic sales operations. Her passion for serving customers is evident in every relationship she builds—ensuring solutions are not only innovative and results-driven but also deeply aligned with client needs and market demands.
Sharon’s commitment to excellence extends beyond business results. With a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati, she actively contributes to industry advancement through leadership roles and gives back to her community through volunteer work with the local Ronald McDonald House. She and her husband, Jack, treasure time with their sons—Jack Jr., who works in Cincinnati, and Joe, who works in Indianapolis.
When not working, Sharon enjoys boating with family and friends, especially at their lake home in Sweetwater, Indiana (just north of Bloomington for all the IU grads out there).
