In the 17+ years I've worked here, I've been a part of something amazing. Everyone here works every day to make our clients happy. That kind of dedication is rare, yet, it is the norm here.
I started at Harmony Healthcare IT as an intern and immediately felt welcomed. Flash forward a decade, and we're still a cohesive team, working together to accomplish our goals. The growth of the company and the Health IT industry has been great to be a part of.
It’s been nearly 10 years since I joined the Harmony Healthcare IT team. Throughout the years I’ve always received support to grow professionally and within the organization.
I immediately felt like a true part of the team when I started and to this day everyone is still very helpful and supportive. Other team members recognize and appreciate my contributions to the organization and make me feel like a valuable team asset.
I enjoy working here because of the culture. It’s warm, inviting and very supportive. I’m never afraid to ask questions to strengthen my knowledge of health IT. I believe culture plays a big part in the company’s success.
At the start of my internship in 2021, everyone was welcoming and encouraging. I have now been with Harmony, full-time, for roughly two years and still feel the same way. Working at Harmony has led to many great experiences and growth opportunities. I’m happy to be a part of the Health IT industry, and to work collectively to archive healthcare data.
