Cold Storage Access Options
Tier 1 – File Copy: One complimentary access to a flat file copy every 36 months.
Tier 2 – File Copy/ODBC: One flat file access annually and/or one secure ODBC connection annually (up to two weeks) enabled and managed by Harmony Healthcare IT.
