What is ICD10?

ICD-10 stands for International Classification of Disease, Tenth Edition. It is the next generation of coding system that all covered entities will be required to use effective October 1, 2014.  Many are comparing the shift from ICD-9 to ICD-10 to the 4010-5010 conversion. But make no mistake…this is much different. The 5010 conversion primarily affected healthcare technology systems and the burden to comply was carried by technology vendors and consultants. ICD-10 will have a deep impact on revenue and clinical efficiencies, and will require substantial effort on the part of the provider.

How will ICD10 impact my practice or billing service?

This new requirement will bring new processes and workflows, a need for in-depth staff training, and necessary coordination with payers and clearinghouses to ensure that everyone is on track to meet the deadline.

Harmony is here to help you get ready

Harmony Healthcare IT has a plan to guide users of Vitera Medical Manager through this industry mandate.  For months now, we have been working hand-in-hand with ZirMed to perform as much advance testing as possible.

What Will be Covered During the Webinar?

This webinar is for practice managers and billing managers who are users of Vitera Medical Manager(r) and are ready to tackle ICD-10.
