Following are some dates for EHR Incentive Program meaningful use reporting: 07/03/11: the last day for eligible hospitals and critical access hospitals to start their 90-day reporting period for the fiscal year 2011 Medicare electronic health records meaningful use incentive program. 09/30/11: the last day of the federal fiscal year under which the hospital program operates. 10/03/11: the last day for eligible professionals to begin their 90-day reporting period for 2011. 11/30/11: the last day for eligible hospitals and critical access hospitals to register and attest meaningful use to receive an incentive payment for FY 2011. 02/29/12: the last day for eligible professionals to register and attest for meaningful use to receive an incentive payment for calendar year 2011.
