Mike has over 20 years of diverse experience in customer experience leadership, project and program management, and continuous improvement. That expertise has been applied in various management settings. In prior roles, Mike has been responsible for the third-party customer relationship management for some of the world’s most prominent CPG companies, such as Proctor & Gamble, Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, and more. Mike is a servant leader with a passion for providing world class customer service and satisfaction through continuous improvement. Here at Harmony Healthcare IT, he is responsible for all aspects of our client support process, providing ongoing support and solutions to our customers.
