Meet the team Josette serves as the Director of Human Resources at Harmony Healthcare IT. With over 15 years of HR experience, she brings a wide range of expertise to the team. Josette has worked for both large Fortune 500 companies with more than 1,000 employees as well as small, family-owned companies with less than 100 employees. She is a graduate of Trine University and possesses a Master’s degree in Leadership and Human Resource Management. She also holds an SHRM-CP certification.
